In Afrocation there is no audience. There are only active team players who are swept away by the African spirit and enthusiasm. Every event participant will receive a special quality "djembe drum." The Guests enjoy a crash course in African rhythms and percussion art guided by African artists. After a few minutes your team will already transform into a rousing drum orchestra.
Common rhythms are a powerful tool to connect employees and make the impossible possible. With drumming your team experiences what it means to be more than just the sum of individual employees. In addition to the interactive drum workshop the Afrocation Show provides a unique percussion and dance show with numerous African star dancers and percussionists. In conjunction with the workshop the Afrocation Show is a fascinating kickoff, marked by speed, power and the expression of jumping joy. Modou Seck ist in Dakar/Senegal geboren und war bereits im Senegal als Lehrer in der rhythmischen Erziehung von Kindern und Jugendlichen tätig. Sein Handwerk, sowie der Bau aller Instrumente erlernte er von Doudou N´Diaye Rose.
Seit 1989 ist er in Deutschland erfolgreich mit verschiedenen Musikformationen, wie Savanna-Talk, Youssou N´Dour und seiner eigenen Gruppe Tam Tam Magic de Gainde, sowie als Studiomusiker tätig. In verschiedenen Schulen und Kindergärten ist er weiterhin in diverse Projekte eingebunden.
